Fast-rising singer Divine Ikubor, popularly known as Rema has come out to reveal why he chose to school in Unilag.
Rema disclosed why he chose to undergo his tertiary education at the University of Lagos. Recall the singer made the announcement on social media a few months back and students of Unilag were overjoyed at the fact that he will be studying in their school.
He made the revelation while speaking to media personality, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, in a recent interview. The Woman singer not long ago cried out to ASUU to please call off the strike because he hasn’t been to school since he gained admission.
According to him, he chose to study at UNILAG because, despite his music career, he was mostly based in Lagos. When asked why he made the decision, Rema said, “Because I live here mostly; in Lagos.”
