Nigerians have called out the Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu after a recent photo of him sitting on a chair inside a mosque went viral.
 
In the photo, he could be seen sitting alongside some other members of the APC inside a mosque. Remarkably, he was the only one sitting on a chair while others sat on the floor.
 
Social media users queried Tinubu, accusing him of disrespect. Netizens recalled that recently the APC candidate had tried to convince Nigerians that he was physically fit to govern the country by releasing photos and videos of him exercising, with one showing him touching his toe.
 
He was even seen in a more recent video dancing the popular 'Buga' by Kizz Daniel.
 
Social media users after seeing him sitting inside a mosque called him out.

you mean when you reach 80years you can sit on a chair in a mosque??? Pls clarified us on that aspect of Age pls

In Islam, sitting on a chair or anything that could hold one in place  for prayers is acceptable depending on  that individuals physical fitness/ health.  Difficulties to  sujud without any aid for varied health reasons is aa qualifies. So not that Tinubu is above everyone or is being privileged as an authority,  the fact should be that he's  constrained   to stand and go through the normal  process of prayers, so he's entitled to use  the chair.
