She doesn't love him.
She is under pressure from him or the family.
Bad character.
Abusive relationship.
He dosn,t take proper care of the woman.

It really depends.I believe some  persons in your life are just meant to be friends and not spouses, so no matter how long u've been together with a guy,u need some very reasonable time to think.However it shouldn't be unnecessarily long.
