Femi Fani-Kayode, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, has talked about the guber elections. He said Saturday’s governorship election would decide who owns Lagos State. This was as Fani-Kayode said Lagos State would face the stiffest test and challenge on the identity of the state. In a tweet, he urged Yorubas and people of good conscience to vote for Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Saturday.

He wrote: “On Sat. 18th March Lagos State will face the stiffest test & greatest challenge to its efficacy & identity since it came into existence. The question of who owns Lagos will finally be determined & the guests that seek to claim Yoruba land as their own will be put in their place.

“I urge every son & daughter of the Yoruba together with all men & women of goodwill to come out on that day and vote for @jidesanwoolu who has proved that he is not only a true omo-oluabi but also a first-class leader and administrator.”

Following the presidential election, there have been a squabble between Yorubas and Igbos in Lagos State. This followed the victory of the Labour Party, LP, presidential candidate, Peter Obi, in Lagos State.

A market predominantly occupied by Igbos in Lagos State went up in flames after the election, with many alleging political thugs were behind the inferno.

Forget that statistics won't work. No be all yorubas go vote sanwo-olu, at the same time some Igbos will still vote sanwo-olu cos that's the reality. So if any candidate won Lagos state and you believe it is the vote of one particular tribe, you lie.

If you are banking on  ballot box  snatchers  just drop it because  the masses will be fully prepared to  lynch your crickets  if they try  any nonsense.  No longer  ballot snatching as usual.  Lagos  is lost and won. Tsunami is raging.

I'm just surprised at the ways that Igbos are strongly attacking MC Oluomo in Lagos.
I'm sure the reason us because Oluomo is the only stumbling block to the Igbos taking over Lagos.
Are we saying Peter Obi dies not have political thugs in Anambra?
I'm sure no Yoruba man can perpetrate all this attack against an Igbo political supporter of Ibi in Anambra state..
If a little Igbo boy cry in Lagos. They'll blame MC Oluomo for it.
What they don't understand is, the more they're seen to be attacking MC Oluomo the more the Yoruba supporters would be planning fir reprisal attack on the Igbos and their business premises.
Should anything bad happened to he Oluomo.
The Igbos would realise they'll have lot to lose for it
Unfortunately, these Social media thugs would hide behind computer and smart phones to incite violence but would not show up to participate in the war.
