The judgement of the Osun Governorship Election Tribunal voiding the victory of Ademola Adeleke at the election held on July 16, 2022 has been overturned. The Court of Appeal in Abuja on Friday set aside the January 27, 2023 judgment of the Tribunal. In a judgment a moment ago, a three-member panel of the appellate court, presided over by Justice Mohammed Shuaibu, held that Gboyega Oyetola and his party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) – listed as the first and second respondents – failed to prove their allegation of over voting before the election tribunal.

The judgment was on the appeal filed by Adeleke, marked: CA/AK/EPT/GOV/01/2023. The court is delivering judgment in the cross-appeal filed by Oyetola and the APC. There other two appeals in respect of which the court will still deliver judgment. They are the appeals by the PDP and INEC.

I just feel pity for Deji Adeleke's money being used to pursue all this cases here and there.
By the time the case was decided by Suoreme Court. Whether Good or bad. Deji would have spent lots of money to help his brother Ademola Adeleke.
Here us a man voted in June 22nd 2022. He has been frequenting one court to the order to get his mandate. When is he going to settle down fir governance.
Sorry for Osun electorate. They'll only enjoy dividends of democracy fir only 3 years of Ademola's first tenure.
Secondly,  if he is eventually declared winner. He'll have to pay his brother back for the legal assistance from the coffer of the Osun government.
This Ademola Adeleke never have anything easy in his life except erratic style of dance.
