Taiwo, the ex-girlfriend of singer, Lilfrosh, has broken her silence after the singer claimed she framed him up with domestic violence allegations three years ago.
On Saturday, LilFrosh shared a video in which he denied claims made by Taiwo in October 2020 that he beat her up, leaving her with a swollen eye. He claimed the photos Taiwo released, insinuating that he hit her in the eye was actually not what happened. read here
According to him, Taiwo had a boil at the back of her head and this made one of her eyes swell but she instead, took photos of her swollen eyes and posted them online claiming it was as a result of him beating her. He also claimed she came back to him after the whole incident, pleading for them to come back together.
This morning, Taiwo released a video stating her version of what transpired.
‘’Firstly I will like to state that Lilfrosh is lying. Not only did he abuse me physically, he abused me verbally and emotionally and there is proof of that all over the internet.' she said
Taiwo also dismissed insinuations that her swollen eyes in the photos that went viral at the time was as a result of an allergic reaction.
‘’I had no allergies. I have never been allergic to anything. I had internal bleeding which was caused by the beating I received from LilFrosh'' She added
She said she will release medical reports to back up this claim.
Speaking further, Taiwo said she and Lilfrosh got back after the incident but that he became more violent and was even sending threat messages to her male and female friends, warning them to leave her alone.
‘’In 2021 while the case was still ongoing in court, Lilfrosh reached out to me on call with the statement ‘’I need you back in my life. You are the only one that can help me get my career back because I have lost everything.'' But I refused. Fastforward to October 2022, he reached out to me again on call, crying and begging for me to take him back. This time, the apology felt sincere. Out of pity, I agreed to get back into a relationship with my toxic ex with the hope that he has changed and has become a better person and is ready to make things work. Few months into the relationship, his old attitude started coming back again. He started being aggressive, started telling me what to do, what to wear, who to be friends, with, where to go and this time around, it became even worse because he started taking my friends' contacts out of my phone, calling them and threatening them''
