Celebrity photographer popularly known as Black Tycoone has shared his journey from the US army and becoming Davido's number one photographer.
Tycoone wrote:
I was in the army for like 5 years. And then while I was in Afghanistan, David hit me up. and said to me ‘I heard some sh*t happened in Afghanistan’.
And I was like, yeah true but I can’t talk about it. When things get better we’ll talk more.
When I suddenly came back. Davido said am not going back.
He went out with Future one night and I took pictures of them David got over 70k likes (his highest at that time)
And he said we have to do this again.
Fast forward to today, the FIFA world cup photo I snapped is doing over 2 million likes now And then I started taking photography seriously.
I also designed his timeless album art.
