Nigerian disc jockey, Florence Otedola aka DJ Cuppy has revealed her regret.

According to her, she regrets saying yes to her ex-fiance, Ryan Taylor.

Speaking at a recent function abroad, DJ Cuppy said she had now realised that it’s okay to say “No.”

She said, “One of the things I have learned is saying no. I had one of the worst years of my life last year because I couldn’t say no. I didn’t say no to opportunities that I should have said no to. I didn’t say no to a fiancé I should’ve said no to. I didn’t say no to taking things on.

“I was at the BBC; I had a morning breakfast show, then I was DJing, i was planning a wedding, I was in Oxford University. I burnt myself out. And none of us are either good to ourselves or other people when we burnt out. So, we have to deal with that guilt that comes with saying no. It’s okay to say no.”

Recall that Cuppy and Ryan parted ways in July 2023 barely seven months after their shocking engagement in November 2022.

Ode, you hardly even had a relationship with him before you showcased him and call him your fiance knowing fully well that he just dropped another girl! You are reckless and keep counting.

You dot even understand your very self least you talk about understanding other peoples behaviors. That yo-yo boy was never your kind but you felt otherwise simply because you wanted to follow the crowd.
