The Delta State Police Command has arrested three men for falsely accusing some of its RRS officers of stealing their gold chain valued at N50 million during a stop and search operation. Disclosing this via his X handle, the spokesperson of the command, SP Bright Edafe, stated that the policemen were humiliated for doing their jobs.
He wrote;
‘’So yesterday these three guys were accosted by men of RRS, searched, and allowed to go, only for them to come back later in the evening alleging that their gold worth #50m was stolen by the policemen.
