Jamaican dancehall diva, Spice, during an interview with media personality Daddy Freeze, was asked to choose between an Igbo man and a Yoruba man.

She expressed her hesitation toward choosing an Igbo man, citing a stereotype she had heard.

 According to Spice, she had been told that Igbo men have a tendency to make women fall deeply in love with them, only to take back everything they had given the woman if the relationship ends, leaving the woman "n@ked."
