Tosin Oke, also known as "Old Soldier," a suspected kidnapper involved in the abduction of an oil magnate on Ado Road in Ajah, has reportedly confessed to how he spent his share of the ransom.
Oke revealed that he used the money to cover his children's education and other household expenses.
