Acquired through fraud, scam or armed robbery no doubt. EFCC and the DSS should be nabbing guys like this quickly before they become monsters. It is disgraceful to have and see law enforcement officers giving security protection to a small boy like this whose source of riches isn't known. A guy that should probably be locked up.
