Ondo Election Drama: DSS Nabs Vote-Buyer with Bags of Cash

Officials of the Department of State Services (DSS) have arrested a suspected vote-buyer during the Ondo governorship election. The suspect was apprehended with two bags of money believed to be intended for bribing voters. The arrest took place at Ward 4, Polling Unit 007, outside St. Stephen’s Primary School in Akure, Ondo State, around 9 am on election day. The DSS has not yet disclosed further details about the suspect or the ongoing investigation.
