Because u don't know Libya so u are right in your thinking. In Libya there would be many girls who are over 40 and are virgin. U will not understand it unless u have visited. Its not a free country where u can do whatever. A girl's brother or any member of her family can kill her just for mere suspicion. They don't hide it. They tell the police that they killed her and state reason.
