A young Nigerian woman has made serious allegations against Pastor Babatunde George, the Regional Head of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM), Ilupeju branch, accusing him of unlawfully seizing her father’s land. The claims, shared in a viral video, have triggered widespread outrage on social media.
According to the woman, her father purchased the land in 2002 with plans to later sell it to support his children. However, she alleges that Pastor George wrongfully took possession of the property, leading to a prolonged legal battle that ended unfavorably for her father, despite having legal proof of ownership.
In the emotional video, the woman further accused the pastor’s lawyer of intimidation, alleging threats that her family would never reclaim the land. She expressed frustration over what she described as a grave injustice, emphasizing the toll the situation has taken on her father’s health.
“My father is suffering, he can’t sleep at night. The stress has made him look older than his years. This is pure injustice,” she lamented. “The poor have no voice in this society.”
The allegations have sparked a strong public outcry, with many social media users demanding a thorough investigation into the claims. As of now, neither Pastor Babatunde George nor Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries has issued a statement addressing the accusations.
The controversy surrounding the incident continues to unfold, with calls for justice growing louder from various corners of the public.
