A tragic gas cylinder explosion at a vulcanizing shop in the Kpakungu area of Minna, Niger State, has left one apprentice dead and three others injured.
The incident occurred on Wednesday near the Kpakungu Centre Mosque as the shop owner and his apprentices were working.
Eyewitnesses reported that the gas cylinder suddenly exploded, scattering debris and unleashing intense heat. The force of the blast claimed the life of one individual at the scene while leaving three others with varying degrees of injuries.
