Water shld not touch the circumcised site at the first day. Then, at the second day, there is this tea they called kamille tea that u can soak in hot water and allow the water to cool down a bit. After which u put ur son inside the water, in a sitting down position. And the water shld be above the site. Ur son shld stay about 10mins sitting in the water. The aim of the kamille tea is that it promotes quick healing. Then finally u apply vaseline, but the one without perfume.
