There are many ways women use to trap men and this could just be one of the girls tricks.
However, he needs not rush into a harsh decision but takes time to investigate more about her.
Don't ask me hos he should investigate cos as a man, there many and varied ways to dig infos on a woman especially one you think of making life together.

i think she might be suffering from a spiritual problem who knows probably a marine guy/husband.i dont know but the guy should keep his eyes on the watch and dig in deep to know her better.there should be a rational explanation for such trait she portraited whilst sleeping.
OR,it could be that she is upholding her ASDM(Anti-Slut-Defense-Mechanism) to make the guy think she is miss decency and the "HOLY VIRGIN OF VIRGINS" even though she might be copulating with someone else PERHAPS!!!.
