What compensation is he looking for? Why should he banged into people's house? That is the consequence of wrong doing. No compensation for him, rather he should be the one to be prosecuted.

THE EXPARTS HAVE NO RIGHT TO TAKE THE LAW INTO THEIR HAND. EVEN A CONVICTED ARMED ROBBER HAS RIGHTS. THE POLICE SHOULD PROSECUTE THE COUPLE FOR TAKING THE LAW INTO THEIR HANDS. IF A NIGERIAN COUPLE ABROAD HAS DONE WHAT THEY DID, I WONDER WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED TO THEM.

Nigerians still have a very looooong way to go. Imagine all the comments!
Its in the law book of every country that a suspect remains a suspect until he is found guilty of the accused offence. The ignorant jungle justice system has made most people ignorant of the law. The guy was not armed, had an intention but was caught. He should have been handed over to the police, period.
In Europe, you don't hurt anyone except in self defende or in the intention of saving a life, or else you'll go to jail too!
