it's possible by trusting a person u think lvs u and giving that person maybe assets of urs and within d twinkle of an eye, u can't find the person.doesnt it seems critical?

No.  Critical is a life or death situation, there's no way a broken heart can be considered as such.  Unless the person attempted suicide, actually died and have to be coded.
