Following media reports that the trio of, Tuface, Wizkid and P-Sqaure have been signed on to Akon’s Konvict Music, Tuface has debunked the story, saying it is false.

Speaking through his media man Bayo Omisere, Tuface said although he has maintained a fantastic relationship with Akon, there is however no existing contract whatsoever between them.

According to news reports, Akon was said to have signed Tuface, Wizkid and P-Square under his record label, Konvict Music. The information was allegedly by Akon himself through his Twitter page, where he expressed his happiness to have his Nigerian brothers on his label.

“In Nigeria with my brothers about to take over Africa with @ 2faceIdibia and @wizkidayo, big up to P-Square,”@ Akon tweeted.

The gist also had it that aside Akon making it known on his tweeter page, he was also said to have made mention of it to pressmen at Austin Jay Jay Okocha’s Club 10, during the unveiling of Citron energy drink, with Akon being a brand ambassador.
