How is that a good development? Instead of you to say something sensible your here make a silly comment. Do you think your fellow sisters are not guilty of the offence?  
For your infomation,I watched a documentary how musilm women in the arab world sell their bodies in a coded way,they take hard drugs such as opium and cocoaine  especially the ones that hide the face. Check on youtube to see for yourself.
 
A sensible deveoplment is one where this so called goverment  will establish  sustainable programmes or policies that will help this women in the long-run. Marrying them off will not solve the issues.

i oscar propose and so moved here now that the kano state governor,
his commissioners, head of corperations, local government chairmen and all his
cabinet members should share all the widows equitably among themselves
and their family members and leave all the unmarried young men in kano
alone, execpt a young man that indicated interest to take a wife from the government.
Even so the young man intention must be toughly verified before a woman is
given to him in marrage, so i moved my friend's,
