According Izevbuwa, Oshiomhole has proven to be sincere and has the ability to effect progressive change in the state.
Speaking through the State Chairman of the party, Comrade Godwin Izevbuwa the CPC said the party and his supporters have surrendered their votes for the ACN.
He recalled that the party and its supporters have not forgotten the pains the PDP inflicted on the state through misrule, looting and vandalisation of the state, adding “As hopeful as we are in this governorship race, we are cautious that posterity will query us if we end up splitting the votes of the progressives and pave way for the agents of exploitation and retrogression to win as a result of the failure of the progressives to team up.”
“We breathe air of freedom and dignity as the Comrade Governor rules our state with the courage and candour of an oppressor of the oppressors from whom hope and freedom flow to the oppressed.”
