I fault the woman. You DO NOT willingly infect a person with AIDS and then top it off by saying "its not that bad"!!!
I can't really blame the dude. He's human and reacted the only way he felt how given the grievous deceit and undercover death sentense issued him by the wickedness of the woman.

Don't be carried away by sentiments....this was not a "good" woman...
