This thing started with the Force itself, most criminals sent to the Police end up coming out to steal more even dealing with their accusers...the peoples mind set is changed to jungle justice...the Law enforcement agencies should rise up to this challenge and give the people confident of their commitment to self guard the people by living up to expectation......

This soldier is punishing a poor man for still a little goat while soldiers are still from the general public with their guns every day. Who are the terrible armed robbers in Nigeria? Where did they get their guns? But of course anything goes in Nigeria. In a country where leaders do not care for the citizens, why shouldn't a soldier exercise his power any way he wants?. Shame on you!
