Its quite unfortunate that several people as these have to die on what perhaps could be avoided. The questions we could ask are: Was there no sign that that tree is weak and is gradually falling, when such a storm that could fall that tree was raging? someone could not foresee a possible fall from a troubled tree like that?. In a time of heavy wind and storms, under a tree is never a safe haven. We should learn from the past.
