 NOW THAT I AM HIV ( - ), I MUST CARRY OUT HIV TEST BEFORE ANY SEX. BUT MY GREATEST PROBLEM IS THE REFUSAL OF LADIES TO SUBJECT THEMSELF TO THE TEST. MY GREATEST SHOCK IS THAT 5 OUT OF EVERY 7 GIRLs TESTED POSITIVE. SHOULD I CONTINUE wITH MY STRATEGY?

If you are saying both parties should be tested and show proof of healthy status before exchanging body fluids, YES.
