The whole story depicts the pathetic states of our social and healthcare institution in this country.  In vitro fertilization or legal adoption could have been an option in well organized societies without resulting to this despicable and most embarrassing situations people find themselves in. Mostly blame it on poor social structures   that is the root of the whole problem
