This guy is a thief. He is saying all this because of illegal contract that he is getting from Jonathan Administration period.  It is so bizarre that a government will be awarding so many contracts to ex-militant instead of persecuting him to the wrong doing.  Nigeria Government ( Mr. Jonathan) is a very corrupted  Government in the modern world
