Anambra State Governor Obiano Spotted Rocking Boys Scouts Uniform (PHOTO)

Anambra State Governor, Willie Obiano was spotted rocking a boys scouts uniform as he was named the Grand Patron of the Nigeria Scout Council, Anambra state council.

The scouts numbering in hundreds joined the governor to a fire night at Governor’s lodge to mark his investiture. The governor also lighted up the camp fire and the scouts seemed pretty excited about it.
