my dear u can begin 4rm 2day 2 take a statistics of rtps dt sex hav succeeded in sustaining and u will find out dt d number is negligible,infinitesimal...probably 0.0001%.
 sex lik we all knw, is not lov,d only way dt u can knw if sb really loves u is 4 him/her nt 2 hav sex wt u xcept in d right context(marriage) although it is not easy bcos of we r human bt i also beliv dt God has givin us d strenght 2 overcome our human nature.
