The indiscipline among men of the Nigeria Police cannot be overstated. Many of them have been found putting on dirty and crumpled uniforms, on bathroom slippers. Many others are also known to be drunk while on duty.
Our roving cameras caught one of the ‘men in black’ urinating on the express road around Oshodi, Lagos, during the week. Their patrol car was parked along the road, and the errant officer opened the door, brought out his manhood and relieved himself in the full glare of the public.
It’s just too bad…
