Shaik Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoun, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai on Wednesday, February 10, announced a new cabinet. Ohoud Al Roumi was named as the country's first Minister of Happiness. No dear, I don't know what it means exactly but according to what the government said, the new post will align and drive government policy to create social good and satisfaction. The ruler also appointed 22-year-old Al Mazrui (right) as Minister of State for Youth for the newly created UAE Youth National Council.

minister of happiness on point! this is to bring back feed back from the people to the government on welfare and government policies as it affects the people and the society too.
