An Indian man has been arrested by the Kano State Police Command for allegedly rebranding and storing expired drugs. Packed inside hundreds of cartons, the drugs were stored in a house in the Nassarawa GRA axis of the state.

Why did they NOT report him?

I suppose the people WORKING for him could NOT understand the ENGLISH written on the boxes!!!!!
