Babatunde Fashola, the minister of works, has attributed over speeding, drivers’ recklessness as factors responsible for road accidents in Nigeria. .

The minister, who described the road crashes and injuries as avoidable, said the incidents were not always due to bad roads as often claimed by road users, as no driver speeds on a bad road.

He spoke, on Tuesday, in Abuja, during a Capacity Building Workshop on the Activation of the five United Nations Convention on Road Traffic acceded to by the Federal Government.

I have witness a clear case were bad road was the cause of accident. So get out if you don't have anything meaningful.
