Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie is a Nigerian novelist as well as a writer of short stories and of nonfiction. Adichie has been vocal about the right of women and gender equality.

During a talk, the novelist reiterated that the role of woman was not in any way exaggerated in the story of Jesus
