the internet was agog last week when footage of a lady who flog and lock her houseboy in a dog cage went viral (see story here), the police has been on the hunt for the heartless lady, OAP, Do2dtun just confirm on his Instagram page that the lady has been arrested and the boy has been taken to a safe place, this is what he shared:
