So two weeks ago I had my baby through elective Cs which means I choose to have my baby through CS...am putting this here cos I ve heard people say that you cant ve a flat Tommy if you give birth through CS...that's a huge lie...this is my Tummy after 2 weeks, I never tied it ,never waist trained ..and I ve been eating four times a day because I am Bosom feeding ...lots of people ve lost their lives or babies because they go against doctors wish and insist they must have honeypot birth .however way you choose to give birth is cool.I always prefer Cs because I do not want to stress my baby and Vj..just thought I should educate the misconceptions pple have about Cs...will start Excercising by next week to tone up my Tommy muscles.....ve a nice day
