Saido Mane and Asisat Oshoala have won the men and women CAF footballer of the year respectively. Saido Mane has been runner up in last 2 previous years which saw Egyptian Mo Salah grab the awards but the Senegalese winger finally got his turn to shine as he nicked the award ahead of Mo Salah and Mahrez. Asisat Oshoala has been a perpetual female footballer of the year winner since 2015 and has now won the award 4 years on the row, Congratulations to the 2 star players.
