Burna Boy has been on a row winning several international awards which he clearly enjoys, he has also spoken out for the first time that he prefers to receive an international award than the national ones while speaking to popular OAP, Ebuka Obi- Uchendu.

Burna Boy said international awards are clearly more prestigious and more importantly they are given based on merit as it is more difficult for artists to bribe the judges or award organisers in order to win.



Many music fans have also agreed with Burna Boys view on local and international awards.
