Outrageous Video of Nigerian Police Men Flogging an Unarmed Female With All Their Strength

There is a video currently making round on social media, where some policemen were seen beating the hell out of an unarmed female on the street.

The reason for the beating and brutalisation cannot be far fetched, following the lockdown order in several states of Nigeria over the novel pandemic, COVID-19.

But the issue is why would two full gown men in National security uniforms be beating a grown woman, who apparently isnt resisting the beating or trying to retaliate.
