Three policemen have died in a motor accident in Ringim Local Government Area of Jigawa State.
Police Spokesman in the state, SP Abdu Jinjiri, confirmed the accident in Dutse.
The incident occurred on Saturday involving Golf 3 Volkswagen along Ringim to Sankara road on their way back from a colleague weeding Fatiha.
An eyewitness, said the incident happened when the driver of the vehicle lost control as a result of mechanical fault and the car somersaulted into the bush.
Two persons died instantly while the other person died days after the accident.
Those involved in the accident were, Insp. Isiyaku Habu, Insp. lawan Umar and Corporal Sani Umar.
