its just an opening line.9 out of 10 times the guy no kno u. 1.when you say so ,im go say well even if..................if you say you recognize him, ...........better so its like an ice breaker or a temporary connection between the two strangers.@oyndabty why you shout for am?ladies dont understand that any guy that stops you or approaches you LIKES YOU  and chose you among other females within his sight.the least you can do is politely decline and go your way .say i like you no mean say you go cuss me abi?
