Nigerian actress,  Charity Nnaji is of the opinion that many Nigerian men see it as a threat when their wives are wealthier.

She said the "African mentality" in men make them feel their wives are intimidating them when the wives are richer than them.

She added that this then makes men become violent towards their wives.

She advised men to learn to accept it when their wives have more money than them.
