Information reaching us has it that Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC has released the travel documents of the former Governor of Anambra State Chief Willie Obiano after they were confiscated on his arrest just after his hand over as Governor of Anambra State.
The Former Governor was seen at the International Wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport Abuja leaving the country back to his base in Houston Texas in The United States of America.
He was initially granted administrative bail while the commission was investigating finances during his tenure as Governor of Anambra State but since then has not pressed any charges bothering on misappropriation and embezzlement of funds as earlier speculated.
