Nigerians have taken to social media to react after Delta State Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa was announced as Atiku Abubakar's running mate.
Recall that Atiku is the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party.
Okowa was announced as running mate ahead of Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike.

Delta State (under Okowa) gave Atiku the highest number of votes in the 2019 elections with 594,000+ votes, (even more than Adamawa) and they have the second highest number of new PVC registrations (behind Osun) since INEC resumed the Continuous Voter Registration.
