Behold, the 80-year old man, Omoraka James, who deals, sells cartridges to hoodlums.

He was arrested by the Raider’s Unit of the Delta State Police Command.

The hoodlums who patronise the Octogenarian are known to carry out various nefarious crimes within Kokori Community in Ethiope-East Local Government Area.

The Police recovered one hundred and fourteen (114) rounds of live cartridges from the suspect.
