A video has captured the romantic moment an elderly man went on his knees to propose to his partner at the mall.

He left his woman stunned as she stared at him on one knee.

The man, however, took a few steps further to put the ring on her finger as she joyfully hugged him in an atmosphere filled with love from onlookers.
