The Only Reason INEC Declared Tinubu President Is Because Atiku And Obi Didn't Work Together

Reno Omokri has argued that INEC declared Bola Tinubu as the president-elect because the presidential candidate of PDP, Atiku Abubakar, and his Labour party counterpart, Peter Obi, did not work together. He made the revelation in a post he shared on his Instagram page.

 
Reno said if they had worked together, they would have successfully defeated Tinubu in the polls.
 
Posting the screenshot above, Reno wrote;
 
‘’Some will complain of rigging. Others will blame voter suppression. But the ONLY reason INEC declared Tinubu President-elect is because Atiku and Obi didn't work together. Together they had 13, 086, 053 votes. Together, they would have won! This is what I told Peter Obi last June when we spoke. Peter Obi did not fatally injure Tinubu. Rather, he played into Tinubu's hands. The man who convinced him to leave the PDP works for Tinubu. Tinubu used Obi the way Clinton used Ross Perot to defeat President George H. W. Bush in 19922. Unfortunately, people warned him were seen as the enemy. In future, they may be seen as prophets!

Possible but not necessarily so as other factors would also have played their part. For example, had BAT selected a Christian Northerner as VP, his vote count in the south would have been significantly higher. And it goes on and on.

They're talking nonsense.  Obi can never win any election in Nigeria.  He has no structure. He became popular in the last 18 months.  Simply because Atiku out of his desperation to become the President wouldn't relinquish his ambition to him.
Then the Igbos saw him as their only way to produce the President in Nigeria and warm up to him.
Have you ever seen anyone going into a Skyscraper by climbing from the top? Hell No.
Unless you're a fireman with a ladder. Obi is a fireman but has no ladder.
* No grassroot support
* No sitting governor, Senator, Representative member. Not even a Councillor.
He was made popular by youths who littered Social media.
But these youths don't have PVC to vote. Unfortunately,  Social media popularity doesn't make you a President.
