It means, you've been cheating on your fiancée for 4yrs Huh? Damn Dude !!! You're one big cheat man !! The way forward about this, is this, but i don't think you will be able to do this.

Call your fiancée and explain to her everything what you did, then call it off with the other lady, No matter how many times you're seeing in a day, Tell her you need to concentrate and make a change in your life.  I doubt if you even tell her about your fiancée, did you?? Probably No !! The key to your solution is in your fiancées hand now, she must know about your secret affairs and seek her forgiveness first, all will be cool, because she will meet with that lady and tell her to stop hanging out with you.
